[kent-grads] 40th Anniversary exhibition

Dear all, as many of you will know, one of the highlights 
of reunions is the chance to remember what we all looked 
like as students.  So part of the weekend will be 
exhibitions of photographs of people - in groups, as 
individuals, even, in some cases, from registration cards.

I do not at the moment know which photographs we will be 
using - indeed, we are hoping people will send 
their old photographs in (by email at high resolution, or by
post to me at the address below). My question is therefore a
general one - in principle, are you happy for us to use old 
University photographs, some of which might include your 
likeness?

I would be extremely grateful if you could let me know by 
return.  I believe we must have an actual 'It's fine' in 
order to abide by the letters of data protection and 
copyright.

Many thanks for your help!  And we are hugely looking 
forward to April 8-10.  Nearly 700 people have said they're 
hoping to come so far.
