Yuji, if you look at the other tie with Kent that's open to you,
the UKC web site, you'll see that this list is described as being
for *discussion* and information (my emphasis).
Killara/Ian, we seem to have this happen every time the list
undergoes one of its periodic bursts of life. Isn't it time that
you thought about having two mailing lists, one for people like
Yuji who just want announcements, and one for folks who want to
natter?
