Well, to each their own I guess - as a city kid, Lancaster seemed
positively rural, and UKC was a bit far for me as an undergrad
university. I could still get to and from Anfield on a Saturday
without needing to set out at 5am, for one thing.
Lancaster's offers were fairly good, though, I have to agree with
you there. They originally gave me a D and two E's, but I
persuaded them to drop the Maths E by playing their offer off
against the one from Liverpool.
